30-day refund if the matrix is unusable
If the compliance matrix you purchased is unusable for your bid — for example it missed a large share of the requirements, the page references are systematically wrong, the file would not open, or the extraction clearly failed — tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full $19.
How to ask
- Reply to your delivery email (or the Stripe receipt) with the words “refund” and a sentence on what went wrong.
- Include the results link or job id so we can look at the job.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
What is not covered
- Losing a bid or missing a deadline. Shallist is an aid; SAM.gov is the system of record and you remain responsible for compliance.
- Solicitations that changed after purchase (upload the amended package as a new solicitation).
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
Failed extractions
You are never charged before the free preview exists. If extraction fails after payment for any reason and we cannot deliver a matrix, we refund automatically.
