SAM.gov tells you the solicitation changed. Shallist tells you what to fix. Paste a SAM.gov notice; when an amendment drops we download the new attachments, diff them against the previous version and email you the delta in plain English, with before/after quotes and page numbers: due date moved, page limit changed, attachment replaced (“do not submit previous version”), requirements added or removed, SF-30 acknowledgment needed. Your matrix is re-shredded with change flags.

Pricing questions

Is $19 per file or per solicitation?: Per solicitation package: upload every file that belongs to the same notice (base document, PWS, attachments, amendments) in one go, up to 300 pages / 60 MB, for one $19 charge.
What if an amendment comes out after I bought the matrix?: Upload the amended package as a new solicitation ($19) — or wait for Bid Change Control, which will re-shred watched notices automatically.
Do you charge before I see anything?: No. Extraction runs first; you see key facts, counts and the first 10 requirements for free. Payment happens only when you click Unlock.
How do I get a receipt?: Stripe emails a receipt and invoice automatically to the address you entered.
Refunds?: If the matrix is unusable for your bid, reply to the delivery email within 30 days and we refund the $19. See the refund policy.
